Richard Flint

A highly motivated, experienced executive renowned for an enthusiastic, dynamic approach to training and support. Twenty-five years of experience in manufacturing and quality with organisations such as 3M, Black & Decker and Tambrands (P&G) give Richard the background and confidence to help your organisation deliver real bottom-line results. A genuine interest in the success and sustainability of all manufacturing and service organisations ensures that every activity focuses on your satisfaction.

Richard's key strengths lie in mobilising, coaching and developing people at all levels, either one-to-one or in small groups to deliver the results you need. His people skills ensure a highly enjoyable, but challenging environment is created, which generates a continuous improvement culture.

Richard has also carried out several interim roles where required - this has allowed our clients to enjoy a flexible service while they search for the right permanent candidate.


Lisa Sterling

Lisa’s extensive experience in Customer Service and Office Administration with financial institutions and Government services, combined with her training background provide a highly professional service to our clients. Her supportive, friendly approach to coaching and training is highly effective and ensures trainees undergo a rewarding but challenging experience.

Entirely comfortable in one-to-one or group training, Lisa designs, delivers and assesses unique and innovative training programmes in a wide range of management and customer service skills.


Alan Bartlett

Prior to becoming a management consultant Alan accrued 29 years manufacturing management experience. His last role in Industry (up to 1995) was Divisional Technical Manager in a £200 milion t/o manufacturing company. In his management positions Alan became interested in the roles of effective management and leadership, and most important the development and empowerment of so called 'ordinary workers'. This interest led to becoming Champion, lead trainer and facilitator for a highly successful Group Total Quality programme.


Success in his business division required a transformation from functional to process management and Alan was instrumental in re-organising for process optimisation achievement. In 1995 Alan left industry and became a management consultant with three key objectives:
· To help clients optimise their processes and thus manage their profitability.
· To empower process operators to contribute more to their role and thus get more from the roles.
· To support clients in aligning their organisations with the processes required to meet their strategic needs.


In order to achieve these, Alan has undertaken a number of key client accounts across a varied sector within many major-league organisations. Successful delivery of the programmes has required Alan to provide a consultancy, project management and training delivery service to his clients. He now has, as a consultant, 11 years senior consultant experience covering all aspects of personal and management development, process optimisation training and organisational effectiveness. His skills include consultancy, analysis, design and delivery of client programmes including: Organisation Effectiveness and Design; Leadership; Management Skills; Coaching and Mentoring; Process Optimisation.
